4.1 Registration Requirements

Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) dior88 Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — including accounts using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, dior88 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and retain all balances pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. dior88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. 6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Players may only claim each bonus offer once, unless the promotion's individual terms explicitly state otherwise.
• dior88 reserves the right to exclude specific games, game categories, or betting markets from contributing to wagering requirement completion. Exclusions will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Promotion Validity

All promotions have stated validity periods. Bonus Funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without notice. dior88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.1 General Gaming Rules

7.3 Currency and Settlement

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dior88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one dior88 Account (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dior88 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, fraud prevention, or responsible gambling mechanism implemented on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable local law.

All content, software, design, graphics, logos, text, data, and other material available on the dior88 Platform — including but not limited to the dior88 brand name, logo, and all game assets provided by licensed game providers — are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any dior88 intellectual property without express written permission.

dior88 grants Players a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of participating in lawful gaming activities as permitted under these Terms. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. dior88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

In all cases, dior88's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of Players' personal data by dior88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account on dior88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Player data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Where an Account is closed at dior88's discretion for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Any outstanding Real Money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved through dior88's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance.

dior88's internal dispute resolution process requires Players to submit a formal written complaint via the official support channel. dior88 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally to the Player's reasonable satisfaction, the Player may seek recourse through any applicable consumer protection mechanisms available under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights that Players may have under the consumer protection or other applicable laws of their jurisdiction of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived by contract.
